1. Who We Are
This website presents the EHP employer benefits program. It is operated by Everon Technologies LLC ("Everon") on behalf of EHP. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Everon and EHP together. Everon handles privacy questions and requests for both.
This Policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If your company joins the program, enrollment and member services take place in separate portals that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you ask to be contacted through our questionnaire, we collect:
- your first and last name, email address, phone number and job title;
- your company's name, address, number of employees, whether employees are hourly or salaried, and payroll provider; and
- any notes you choose to add.
If you start the questionnaire from the savings calculator, the contact details and employee count you enter there are kept in your browser and carried into the questionnaire. We receive them only when you submit the questionnaire. If you email our support team, we receive your message and email address.
This website does not ask for health information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or bank details.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
- Referral details. If you arrive through a link from one of our referral partners, the link's partner code is stored in your browser (see Section 5) so the right partner is credited if you contact us.
- Address lookups. When you type a street address in the questionnaire, the text is sent through our servers to Google's address lookup service to suggest matching addresses.
2.3 Visitor identification tool
We use Google Tag Manager to load a third-party visitor identification tool from Go Mobile Leads on every page of this website. When it runs, it collects your IP address, the address of the page you are viewing, the date and time, details about your device and browser (such as screen size, time zone and device type), and a random visitor ID that it stores in your browser. It sends this information to its provider. The provider may use it to match your visit with contact or business information it already holds and make that information available to us so we can follow up about the program.
The tool is designed not to run when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. See Section 6 for this and other ways to opt out.
3. How We Use Information
- to respond to your inquiry and have a benefits representative contact you;
- to assess whether the program fits your company and to prepare information for you;
- to credit the referral partner who introduced you;
- to follow up with businesses that have visited the website, as described in Section 2.3;
- to operate, secure and improve this website; and
- to comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Information
- Between Everon and EHP. Both use the information to run the program as described in this Policy.
- Referral partners. When you submit the questionnaire, the independent benefits representative credited with your inquiry (the partner whose link you used, or one we assign) is sent your name, email address, phone number, number of employees and notes, and can see your inquiry in their partner account. Referral partners are independent businesses, not our employees.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this website and the program, such as our website host, our cloud hosting and email delivery providers, Google (address lookup and Tag Manager) and Go Mobile Leads (Section 2.3).
- Legal and safety. When required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
We do not sell or rent the information you submit through the questionnaire to data brokers or other companies for their own marketing. The visitor identification tool in Section 2.3 shares device and browsing information with a third party for marketing purposes, which some state privacy laws may treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
This website stores the following in your browser:
- Referral partner code — a cookie that lasts 30 days, plus a copy in your browser's local storage, so the right partner is credited.
- Questionnaire progress — your answers so far, in local storage, so you can pick up where you left off. They are cleared when you submit.
- Calculator details — the employee count and contact details from the savings calculator, in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.
- Visitor ID — the random ID used by the visitor identification tool (Section 2.3), in local storage until you clear it.
You can delete cookies and stored site data at any time in your browser settings. If you do, a referral partner may not be credited for your inquiry.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the visitor identification tool does not run.
- Blocking. You can also block the tool with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, or clear its visitor ID from your browser.
- Contact preferences. To stop hearing from us about the program, email us at legal@everon.tech.
- Do Not Track. This website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. It does respond to Global Privacy Control as described above.
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email legal@everon.tech. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to evaluate and run the program for your company, and to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
8. Security
The connection between your browser and this website is encrypted (HTTPS), and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Other Websites
Links from this website to other sites and portals are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
