- No offer or contract. Nothing on the website is an offer, a contract or a promise of coverage, savings or tax results. Program terms are set only in written agreements signed by your company. Availability may vary by state.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website. If you submit information about a company, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and to ask about the program for that company.
5. Information You Submit
Please make sure the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you or your company. By submitting the questionnaire, you ask us to contact you about the program, and you agree that we and the referral partner credited with your inquiry may contact you by email or phone using the details you provide. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Referral Partners
Referral partners who share links to this website are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They cannot change these Terms or the program's terms, and they cannot make promises on our behalf. Only a written agreement signed by your company and the program sets the terms that apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER EVERON NOR EHP, NOR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everon, EHP and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or the website, we will first try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, unless you opt out by writing to legal@everon.tech within thirty (30) days of first using the website. The prevailing party in any arbitration may recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. Any signed program agreement governs the program itself.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
